Fertility Rewire Podcast

Feb 21, 2020

Can Unexplained Fertility be explained is a big question many if you are asking and Unexplained Fertility is the 'diagnosis' given to many couples, but is it really unexplained?

If you follow what I write and say you'll know that I truly believe if we look beyond the limitations of the standard tests (whose purpose is to signpost you to the relevant fertility treatment), we can find answers.

This is something I work with my clients with in my own coaching programmes, what clues is the body giving us and what effects is our own internal fertility reference system causing, and how can we find and clear this, and we find that the answers may in fact lead us to the solution.

With some of my clients, the physical clues lead us to a need for deeper answers

We've talked on the podcast before about sensitivities ,  gut health and inflammation before, but I wanted to dig a little deeper into testing etc.

When Sarah Clark was 28 years old, she received a diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. She accepted the diagnosis and had both her children through in vitro fertilization. Years later she realized the root cause of her infertility was a food sensitivity and later a gut infection.

She is a certified life coach with accreditation from the International Coaches Federation and a health coach with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

She is the author of Fabulously Fertile - Supercharge your Fertility Naturally. Her fertility coaching program, which includes functional lab testing, supports couples to make diet and lifestyle changes that dramatically improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy and baby!

On her Get Pregnant Naturally Podcast she shares that with functional medicine and natural fertility solutions we can eventually reverse infertility.

We chat about yeast infections, food sensitivities, testing, elimination diets, auto immune, motivation, emotional blocks, self care and more.

So settle down, grab some paper, there's a lot of information...

If you want to read the full transcript, you can see that here.
